The content of this site

This site provides the latest information of our store, online ordering services, member promotions, delivery arrangements, company profiles and methods of contact us. Our store reserves the right to decide the content, appearance, design, function and other aspects of the e-service, including the right to redesign, modify, delete and/or change the content, appearance design, function and other aspects of this website and the services it provides, and any elements, details, or features associated therewith from time to time.

The product information and prices provided on this site will be updated from time to time without any notice. All product information and prices are subject to our confirmation. Our store may, at its sole discretion, delay or suspend any or all product orders. We reserves the right to change the order terms and conditions of this site any time and from time to time.

Ordering terms and conditions

1. The pictures and information on this site are for reference only. Due to different factors such as lighting condition and chromatic aberration of different monitors, there may be a color difference between the pictures and the actual product. The actual product shall prevail.
2. The fruits and decorations on the cake may be slightly changed by season and availability without prior notice.
3. If your pet has any food allergies, please let us know by filling in the remarks column.
4. All promotion discounts are calculated on an individual piece basis, and the discounted price is rounded up to the nearest cents. All discounts do not include delivery service and other charges, if any.
5. Our store reserves the right to modify, change or suspend any offers or promotions. If there is any dispute, it will be based on the relevant regulations or explanations of our store supplemented. By participating in any offers or promotions, participants agree to be bound by this statement.
6. Please provide your pet's photo, name, and birthday age after placing the order. If you do not take the initiative to provide information, it will be regarded as giving up the tailor-made birthday topper.
7. Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and no refunds will be made.
8. In the event of any disputes arising from refunds or returns, our store reserves the right of final decision.
9. It is the customer's responsibility to fill in the accurate information including delivery address, contact number and email address, our store will not be responsible for any loss caused by your failure to provide accurate information.
10. Customers should check whether the cake is in good condition when they picked up the cakes. No compensation or refund after the transaction is completed.
11. For the delivery via third party arranged on behalf of customer, if there is any damaged or lost for any reason, the risk is borne by the customer, no compensation or refund will be made.
12. The delivery date and time cannot be changed once confirmed, otherwise the customer shall be responsible for the relevant expenses and losses arising from the failure to deliver/transship.
13. The cake needs to be refrigerated, customers should put it back in the refrigerator within two hours after pick up the cake. Bring your own ice bag if needed.
14. After picking up the cake, please pay attention to the storage: chiffon cake - 2 days in the fridge / 5 days in the freezer; meat cakes - 3 days in the fridge / 7 days in the freezer.
15. No refunds will be made for damaged goods and improper storage.
16. Partial returns is not available for items with free items, bundled items, gift packs, and promotions.

Membership and data collection

1. Our shore will use your information including(but not limited to) name, email address, Facebook/Instagram account, mobile phone number, date of birth of the pet, member number, number and amount of patronage, billing information, and any other information required for e-services. Customers have to provide the personal data for the above purposes. Otherwise, we will not be able to complete your membership enrollment and provide exclusive benefits for members.
2. Customer must complete all required information on the online application form in detail and provide true and accurate information. Our shop will not process any application with incomplete or inaccurate information.
3. Each valid email address and mobile phone number can only be registered once.
4. All information or records are subject to the records of our store.
5. Members are responsible for keeping their account login information. This website is not responsible for any loss caused by the disclosure of account login information.
6. Our shop will send the updated information and promotions to the members through the contact information provided. Members have to provide latest and accurate contact information.
7. Not all members are eligible to participate in all promotions. Our store may impose additional restrictions on members' rights to participate in any special promotions. And all members participating in the promotion activities are deemed to have accepted any terms and conditions stipulated by our store for such activities.
8. If customer want to cancel the membership of our members, please email to: mcpet.hk@gmail.com. Please note that upon cancellation of membership, all exclusive benefits in the account will be cancelled immediately.

Intellectual property

Our store reserves all rights on the content, trademarks, and source code of the e-services. You may not adapt, reproduce, save, blast, print, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of this site in any format or by any means without the prior written approval of our store, nor may you commercialize, reproduce, or sell any materials or items with our intellectual property rights from our e-services.
